The big game animals available for hunting are: Red and Fallow Deer, Tahr or Thar, Chamois, Goat, Ram Boar. Small game hunts on Wallabies, Opossum, Hares and Rabbits are a great way to finish up your safari with us. Waterfowl hunting during the season for ducks, geese and swan, is another option that can be combined with your trophy hunt. Fly fishing for Brown or Rainbow Trout in the clear streams, rivers and lakes of the scenic South Island is a perfect way to spend some of your holidays.
